Ar. Manisha Kulkarni is an experienced Architect with over 25 years of experience in the industry. She is the founder and lead designer of Kreative Dimensions, a firm that specializes in Bespoke Architectural, Themeparks, waterparks and interior projects. One of her notable achievements is her involvement as a core designer for the design and execution of Adlabs Imagica, a popular theme park and water park in India. Her scope included Designing and Execution of Theme park and its 22 attractions + 5 Restaurants + 5 star Hotel + Water Park. Designing of all Attractions of Adlabs imagica theme park with Indian concepts from day 1 of the project start. Creating the concept layout as per the script. Leading team of Artists and designers to produce Creative design packages for these attractions. Along with the Creative designing she was also involved in Project management for the execution of the park and rides. The scope involved Concept Art Development, coordination for technical drawings with consultants, working out execution schedules and managing the entire project with all the services like MEP, Structural, Show control, Audio visual and Animatronics. The project management also involved coordination with the in-house team of Civil engineers, MEP engineers, Technical Ride vendors, Scenic development vendors, Special effects vendors and all other domestic and international vendors.
In addition to her design skills, Ar. Manisha Kulkarni is also an experienced manager who has handled multimillion-dollar projects. He is well-versed in all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership. She has a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Her expertise in creative design and execution has enabled her to successfully execute complex and large-scale projects like this.
Additionally, Ar. Manisha Kulkarni has also headed the Innovations department in Arihant, where she was involved in the development of the world's first water slides, like Blizzard ( Won CII Design Award in 2021) , Thunder bay and Treasure ship ( Won CII Design Award in 2020) which are award winners at IAAPI. Her versatile experience in both creative design and execution has made her a respected figure in the industry.
She has been Part of Architectural design industry designing projects like Parmar Engracia, classic Spanish style design Complex at Pune for Parmar Builders and have curated Mayfair Virar Gardens, for Mayfair Housing which was a 22 acres Township. The Unique design strategy and amenities provided in the Complex lead to increase in the property prices of Virar during the launch of Virar garden.
